TAEASS501 Provide advanced assessment practice

Jenny is able to lead assessment processes as a part of a continuous improvement strategy among a group of assessors within a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). You could be an experienced assessor who provides leadership, or guidance to others, who conducts assessments for an RTO.

TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools

Jenny is able to design and to develop assessment tools used to guide the collection of quality evidence, including their application in formative, summative and recognition of prior learning (RPL) assessment. You could be an experienced practitioner responsible for the development and/or delivery of training and assessment products and services.

TAEASS503 Lead assessment validation processes

Jenny is able to provide leadership in assessment validation processes. You could be an experienced practitioner who works under limited supervision and who is responsible for the validation of assessment processes, both internally and externally.

TAEDES501 Design and develop learning strategies

Jenny is able to design, and develop resources to support the learning process. You could be a person who uses a range of specialised technical or managerial skills, to develop learning resources.

TAEDES502 Design and develop learning resources

Jenny is able to design, and develop resources to support the learning process. You could be a person who uses a range of specialised technical or managerial skills, to develop learning resources.

TAEDES505 Evaluate a training program

Jenny is able to evaluate a training program, by measuring the effectiveness of training in meeting workforce performance needs and capability requirements. In a NVR/AQTF context you would contribute to the continuous improvement cycle within a registered training organisation (RTO). You could be a person who has responsibility for delivery and assessment strategies in the training programs of an organisation.

TAEPDD501 Maintain and enhance professional practice

Jenny is able to manage personal professional performance, and to take responsibility for professional development in relation to the provision of training and/or assessment services. You could be a person who works under limited supervision using a range of management skills and is involved directly, or indirectly, in the provision of training and assessment services in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

TAETAS501 Undertake organisational training needs analysis

Jenny is able to undertake a training needs analysis (TNA) to identify the training and assessment needs of an organisation. You could be a person working under limited supervision in a role that requires you to work with your organisation to identify training needs.

TAESUS501 Analyse and apply sustainability skills to learning programs

Jenny is able to identify explicit, and embedded, sustainability skills within training packages and accredited courses, document, and apply requirements to learning programs and resources associated with the development of competence. You could be an experienced practitioner responsible for the development and/or delivery of learning and assessment services.

TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills

Jenny is a vocational trainer or assessor who identifies the language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) skill requirements of training and the work environment, and uses resources and strategies that meet the needs of the learner group. You could be an individual who teaches, trains, assesses and/or develops resources. Competence in this unit does not indicate that a person is a qualified specialist adult language, literacy or numeracy practitioner.
